Addressing Deck Delays

Hi all, we just wanted to address a few questions and concerns that we have received recently about delays with the deck. We wanted to first of all thank everyone so much who has wished us well and sent such kind and supportive messages as we have shared everything that has occurred in the past months. We also wanted to apologize to everyone who was expecting their decks much sooner. We completely understand your frustration, as we originally wanted these decks to go out in October and they are now going to be sent out in April. We never, ever expected to have to take multiple months off due to a Cancer Diagnosis, and it certainly set us back more than we ever would have liked but we simply had to focus on our team member's health. We apologize for being overly optimistic and previously stating we thought the decks would be shipped sooner. Our goal posts seemed to keep moving as we were thrown another personal curveball, this time in the form of a premature birth. Still, we have tried to work as fast as possible while not compromising the caliber of our product. We just wanted to make sure everyone knows how hard we are working daily, while still actively juggling these aforementioned personal issues. We physically have the decks with us and we hope you will love them too and consider them worth the wait as we finish editing and printing the Guidebooks. We wanted to remind everyone that we are a small team but we are still so passionate about Decolonized Tarot and want everyone to have their products as fast as possible from our end too. We apologize for the frustration this is causing and we can only ask that you continue to be patient. We will have the decks to you.

Hi all! This is Marketing Manager Charlotte posting on behalf of Cathleen, whose baby finally just got to come home after months in the NICU!!! We are so happy that she is finally home but we just wanted to explain the delay in sending out Bare Bones Packages! We will be sending them out EXTREMELY soon and will post as soon as we do, as well as information about tracking shipping orders.

Hello everyone!
Popping in with a quick update to let you know that decks are almost ready to be shipped out! We had a minor delay with printing the booklet that comes with the decks but she's nearly finished. Anyone who ordered just a deck will get theirs very soon, with larger packages including the Illustrated Guidebook being sent out a bit after; we are also figuring out how to provide tracking numbers so stay tuned for that as well.

Our first shipment of decks has finally arrived!!! We are so sorry for the delay; they got stuck in Alaska and then in Tennessee for a few days during the big storm we had! They are now in our care and they look STUNNING! We will be sending everyone's decks out in coming days so please keep an eye out for more updates very soon!!!! We're so glad this moment is finally here 😀

Shipping Updates!

Hi all!
Checking in with some shipping updates - the decks are currently en route to us but are currently in Alaska, so we unfortunately don't think we'll be able to get them out to everyone by Christmas :( We are very sorry as we tried very hard to get them out in time for the holidays. That said, the decks will be here very soon, along with posters and pins. Books will be sent out shortly after; we are just finalizing the manuscript with our printer, but don't worry because every deck will come with the mini guide to help you in the meantime!
We will post more updates about shipping ASAP (as we continue tracking the shipment); thank you all for your understanding with all the medical issues and resulting delays these past few months. We remain so grateful to you all, and please let us know if you have any questions whatsoever about shipping, etc.
